Event Submission Form
Community Calendar is a free public service of Moody Radio intended to assist churches and non-profit Christian ministries in promoting their events on the air and on our website to the communities we serve.
Submitting An Event
- Events should be ministry focused. Please briefly describe the ministry content of the event.
- Community Calendar is not intended for fundraising events.
- Events should be submitted at least three weeks in advance of the event or the registration deadline to maximize the promotional opportunity.
- Please understand that due to the large volume of submissions, we regret that Moody Radio is not able to post every event. We reserve the right to determine which announcements are used and to edit the content.
- If you'd like to update an existing Community Calendar entry, call us at (727) 391-9994.
- If you’d like additional coverage of your event, ask us about opportunities for underwriting announcements which are a guaranteed way of letting listeners know about your event or ministry.
